Double Room Standard: £35 per person per night
Double Room Superior: £37 per person per night
Single Occupancy: £47 per person per night (£35 plus £12 supplement)
Children aged 2 to 14 years of age will be charged at half price when sharing a room with parents
AUTUMN 2008, "3 FOR 2" SPECIALS
From September 01 through to December 21: On a double room basis, 2 people sharing the same room, 3 nights for the price of 2 nights normally at £70 per room per night, Bed & Breakfast, special price of £140 per room for 3 nights, or single occupancy 3 nights for the price of 2 nights normally £47 per night Bed & Breakfast special price of $98 for 3 nights. AUTUMN 2008, DINNER, BED AND BREAKFAST SPECIALS
From September 01 through to December 21: On a double room basis, 2 people sharing the same room, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (includes a 3 course meal) at £49 per person per night (£98 room price, D,B&B per night), or Single occupancy, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (includes a 3 course meal) at £56 D, B&B per night. A non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation.
We accept all cards except American Express.
We also accept cheques. Please make crossed cheques payable to “The Blue Ball Inn” to reach us within 5 working days of making the booking. At busy times we may be under pressure to relinquish a booking if your cheque is late but we will always contact you first.
Bookings are regarded as firm after issue of a written or email booking confirmation or receipt of deposit.
Children and Pets
The Inn welcomes children and is a dog friendly pub.
Could all owners of dogs please bring their own dog-bedding
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible so we can try to re-let the room. The deposit is non-refundable, but cancellation charges as appearing below may also apply. We will waive these charges where we can re-let the rooms at equal terms to the original booking, however this waiver is also discretionary.
Cancellation charges (room charge will include room & supplements payable):-
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notification, will incur a a charge of the full fee for the first night or a charge of 50% of the total booking, whichever is the greater.
Payment of balance
Accounts are to be settled in full before departure.
Check in and check out
Check in is after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm.
Check out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
For early departures (pre-8 pm) we are happy to check guests out the evening before actual departure (or in fact for any departure if you prefer).
Rooms
We have 16 letting rooms, all with private facilities.
Each room is provided with a colour television, tea/coffee making facilities
Iron/ press may be booked at reception.
Please do not hesitate to ask for top-up room supplies or fresh milk if required.
Meal times
Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:30 daily.
